Instructions
- 1. Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of water until fully tender, about 10 minutes.
- 2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes with ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, and shredded cheese.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours.
