Cheddar Bacon Ranch Potato Salad

Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 lbs petite red potatoes, diced into bite size chunks
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • cup chopped green onions
  • cup Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch Dressing

Optional seasoning

  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of water until fully tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes with ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, and shredded cheese.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours.
