Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Optional Toppings

  • to taste sliced strawberries, fresh berries, cherry pie filling, or salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and mix until moistened.
  2. Press the mixture into individual 4-ounce jars and set aside.
  3. In a mixer, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the jars over the crust, leaving space for toppings.
  6. Cover jars and freeze for 15 minutes, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Add desired toppings before serving.
