Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and mix until moistened.
- Press the mixture into individual 4-ounce jars and set aside.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, mixing until just combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the jars over the crust, leaving space for toppings.
- Cover jars and freeze for 15 minutes, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Add desired toppings before serving.
