Instructions
- Prepare jars for serving.
- Melt the butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs to form the crust, then layer into jars.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
- Layer the cheesecake filling on top of the crust in the jars.
- Chill the jars for at least 30 minutes if desired, then add toppings before serving.
