Ingredients

The crust

  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

The filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Toppings and garnishes

  • to taste chocolate ganache, strawberry topping, blueberry sauce, whipped cream, or other toppings

Instructions

  1. Prepare jars for serving.
  2. Melt the butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs to form the crust, then layer into jars.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
  6. Layer the cheesecake filling on top of the crust in the jars.
  7. Chill the jars for at least 30 minutes if desired, then add toppings before serving.
