Peanut Sauce Ingredients

PB2 powdered peanut butter

Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Pour marinade into a Ziploc bag and add chicken, seal and shake to coat.
- Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for at least 3-4 hours.
- Preheat the grill until hot and divide chicken evenly onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over low heat for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
- Whisk together all peanut sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Serve each skewer with about a tablespoon of peanut sauce for dipping.
