Easy Refried Beans

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add onions and salt, cooking until softened and translucent.
- Stir in garlic, chili powder, and cumin, cooking until fragrant.
- Add drained beans and water, stir, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, mash about half of the beans, and cook uncovered for 3 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice, adjusting salt and lime to taste.
