Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with tin foil and a baking rack.
- Mix the spices for the rub in a small bowl.
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with the spice blend.
- Wrap each chicken breast with bacon strips, using about 2 strips per breast.
- Place the wrapped chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450°F and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
