Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Brown Sugar Crust

brown sugar or coconut sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a small bowl and sprinkle it on both sides of each chicken breast.
- Wrap each chicken breast in two slices of bacon, starting at one end and wrapping to the other.
- Place the wrapped chicken breasts seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the chicken breasts and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 157-159°F.
- Baste the chicken with drippings and broil for 2-3 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
