Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub half of the spice mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of bacon and place seam side down in a baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining spice mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked through, basting occasionally.
- For extra crispy bacon, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
