Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, pressing the seam side down.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken, seam-side down, cooking until the bacon is golden, about 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each chicken breast, then transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Broil the chicken for an additional 4 minutes to crisp the bacon before serving.
