Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet with foil and a rack.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
- If desired, brush maple syrup over the bacon.
- Bake the chicken for 18-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 163-165°F (73-75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
