Mexican Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 unit orange, peeled
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 large lime (juice)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 small Turkish cucumber, cubed
  • ½ unit avocado
  • 1 unit banana (frozen is great)
  • 1 cup baby kale (optional)
  • 1–3 slices jalapeño
  • a couple unit ice cubes
  • optional unit chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding water if necessary.
  2. Add ice cubes to chill the smoothie.
  3. Divide into two glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds.
