Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with oil or cooking spray.
- Pour one scoop of batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
- Top with butter and maple syrup if desired, then serve.
