Ingredients

The batter

  • ½ cup protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups milk

Optional ingredients

  • to taste maple syrup
  • to taste cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adjusting oats and milk for consistency.
  2. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan with oil and drop spoonfuls of batter, covering the pan.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
