Instructions
- 1. Grind the rolled oats in a high-speed blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- 3. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- 4. Grease a skillet with butter or non-stick spray and heat it over medium-low.
- 5. Pour ⅓ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form and the bottom is golden brown, then flip.
- 6. Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
