Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until you have a thick pancake batter.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and coat with coconut oil.
- Drop rounds of batter onto the skillet and cook until edges are bubbling.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional two minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
