vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until just soft, about 12 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and add them to a blender with the remaining ingredients.
- Blend on high for about 5 minutes until well blended.
- Strain through a cheese cloth or nut milk bag to remove residue.
- Chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
