Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, sweet potatoes, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine corn flakes, pecans, brown sugar, and butter for the topping.
- Spread the topping over the sweet potato filling and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
