Instructions
- Dry the two racks of ribs with paper towels and season them with salt, pepper, and chili con carne seasoning.
- Vacuum seal the seasoned ribs and marinate them in the fridge overnight.
- Fill the SousVide Supreme with water and set the temperature to 175°F.
- Once the water is hot, submerge the vacuum-sealed ribs and cook for 9 hours.
- After cooking, remove the ribs from the bags and dry them with paper towels.
- Sear the ribs on a hot grill for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Use kitchen shears to separate the ribs and serve.
