Ingredients

The ribs

  • 2 racks pork ribs

Seasoning

  • 1.5 lb Kosher Salt
  • to taste Freshly Ground Pepper
  • to taste Chili Con Carne Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Dry the two racks of ribs with paper towels and season them with salt, pepper, and chili con carne seasoning.
  2. Vacuum seal the seasoned ribs and marinate them in the fridge overnight.
  3. Fill the SousVide Supreme with water and set the temperature to 175°F.
  4. Once the water is hot, submerge the vacuum-sealed ribs and cook for 9 hours.
  5. After cooking, remove the ribs from the bags and dry them with paper towels.
  6. Sear the ribs on a hot grill for a couple of minutes on each side.
  7. Use kitchen shears to separate the ribs and serve.
