The Ribs

racks
baby back pork ribs (6 to 8 pounds)

cup
apple cider

to taste
your favorite barbeque sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the ribs by placing them on aluminum foil and rubbing the dry rub mixture generously over both sides.
- Wrap the ribs in foil and refrigerate for 4 to 48 hours.
- Pour apple cider into the Instant Pot and place a wire rack inside.
- Position the ribs on the rack with the bones facing up and lock the lid.
- Set the Instant Pot to high pressure and cook for 20 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before releasing the remaining pressure.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F or prepare the grill.
- Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and broil in the oven for 4-5 minutes, or grill for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with additional barbecue sauce as desired.
