Roasted Spaghetti Squash

spaghetti squash (approx. 1.3 lbs)
The seasoning

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- 2. Stabilize the squash on a cutting board with a towel and trim off ¼ inch from both ends.
- 3. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.
- 4. Brush olive oil on the cut sides and sprinkle with salt before placing them cut side down on the sheet pan.
- 5. Roast for 30 to 45 minutes until the skin is easily pierced with a fork.
- 6. Allow to cool, then scrape the flesh with a fork to create strands.
- 7. Dress with butter and serve.
