Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle the cut sides with flavored olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the squash halves cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the skin is soft to the touch.
- Let cool slightly, then use a fork to scrape out the squash into noodle-like strands.
