Easy Oven Roasted Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

The squash

  • 1 whole spaghetti squash

The seasonings

  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle the inside of the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the squash cut side down on the baking sheet and roast for 35 to 45 minutes until fork tender.
  5. Allow to cool, then flip over and use a fork to scrape out the strands.
