Easy Oven Roasted Spaghetti Squash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle the inside of the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the squash cut side down on the baking sheet and roast for 35 to 45 minutes until fork tender.
- Allow to cool, then flip over and use a fork to scrape out the strands.
