Bacon and Corn Quiche

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Cook the bacon as per package directions, drain on paper towels, and chop into pieces.
- Place the frozen pie crust on the baking sheet and cover the edges with aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on the bottom of the pie crust, followed by the bacon pieces and corn kernels.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and chives, then pour over the filling in the pie crust.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the heat to 350°F, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into 8 pieces and serving.
