Bacon Broccoli Quiche

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Cook the bacon according to package directions, drain on paper towels, and chop or crumble.
- Place the frozen pie crust on the baking sheet and cover the edges with aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle cheese on the bottom of the pie crust and top with bacon pieces.
- Microwave the broccoli florets covered with a damp paper towel for about 90 seconds, then spread over the cheese and bacon.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour over the ingredients in the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the heat to 350°F, remove the foil from the edges, and bake for another 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into 8 pieces and serving.
