Broccoli Cheddar Quiche With Bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and position the oven rack in the middle.
- Spray a 9-10 inch quiche plate with baking spray.
- Cook and crumble the bacon, and steam the broccoli.
- Finely dice the onions.
- Layer the quiche ingredients starting with ¼ of the cheese, followed by ⅓ each of the broccoli, onion, and bacon. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese.
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, heavy cream, almond milk (or water), salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Gently pour the custard over the layered ingredients.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the middle is just set and the top is browned.
- Serve at room temperature or warmed.
