Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a quiche plate with baking spray.
- Cook and crumble the bacon, and steam the broccoli until crisp-tender.
- Finely dice the onions.
- Layer the ingredients in the quiche plate starting with cheese, followed by broccoli, onion, and bacon, repeating the layers and finishing with cheese.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, heavy cream, almond milk (or water), salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Pour the custard over the layered ingredients.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the quiche is set and the top is browned.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
