Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the panko breadcrumbs and toast them for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Chop the pickles and combine them in a bowl with most of the breadcrumbs, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
- Mix the ingredients well; if too thick, add a little water or pickle juice to thin it out.
- Transfer the dip to a serving plate and top with the reserved breadcrumbs and fresh dill.
- Serve with potato chips and enjoy!
