Fried Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • ¾ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Cups Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 Packet Ranch Seasoning
  • Fresh Dill, chopped optional

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the panko breadcrumbs and toast them for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Chop the pickles and combine them in a bowl with most of the breadcrumbs, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Mix the ingredients well; if too thick, add a little water or pickle juice to thin it out.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving plate and top with the reserved breadcrumbs and fresh dill.
  6. Serve with potato chips and enjoy!
