Instructions
- Spread dill pickle chips on a dry surface and let them dry for 15 minutes or pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large zip lock bag, combine flour and Creole seasoning, then shake to mix.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
- In another zip lock bag, combine panko and breadcrumbs, then shake to mix.
- Coat the pickle chips in the flour mixture, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated pickle chips for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
