Air Fryer Pickles

Instructions
- Drain the pickles and pat them dry on both sides.
- Mix the flour and cornstarch in a small bowl and set aside.
- Whisk the egg in another bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the pickles into the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the panko mixture.
- Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400° F for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown, optionally spritzing with oil halfway through.
- Serve hot with your choice of dip.
