Air Fryer Crunchy Fried Pickles

Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil or use air fryer parchment paper.
- Dry the pickles completely to make them easier to bread.
- In a bowl, combine flour, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add buttermilk and egg to the seasoned flour and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, place the Panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the pickles in the flour mixture, then coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded pickles on a plate and freeze for 15 minutes to help the breading stick.
- Arrange the pickles in the air fryer without stacking, and spray with cooking oil.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
