Panko Crusted Air Fryer Fried Pickles

The dipping sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 425°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Drain the pickles and add them to the egg/milk mixture.
- Place panko in a large ziplock bag, add the pickles, and shake to coat.
- Spread the pickles in a thin layer on the baking sheet and spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the dipping sauce, combine mayo, pickle juice, and sriracha in a bowl.
