Ingredients

The pickles

  • 1 16-ounce jar dill pickle coins

The coating

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • to taste tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

For serving

  • to taste serving remoulade sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
  2. Pat the pickles dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels.
  3. Whisk the egg in a small bowl and place the panko in a medium bowl.
  4. Dip each pickle into the egg and then coat with panko, placing them on a plate.
  5. Drizzle the breaded pickles with olive oil and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  6. Air fry for 11 to 14 minutes, or until the pickles are golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve immediately with remoulade sauce for dipping.
