Homemade Garlic Bread

unsalted butter, room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Process the garlic in a food processor until fine, then add the parsley, salt, and pepper, and pulse twice.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a medium sauté pan, then add the garlic mixture to the spread.
- Slice the bread in half horizontally and spread the garlic mixture on both halves.
- Press the halves together, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Open the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Slice into pieces and serve immediately.
