Instructions
- Pulse the frozen bananas in a blender or food processor until they are chopped into small pieces.
- Add the dairy-free milk and PB2 powdered peanut butter, then blend on low while stopping to mix the ingredients.
- Once the mixture reaches an ice cream consistency, serve immediately or freeze for about 2 hours for a firmer texture.
- If desired, pour on the optional caramel sauce and add any toppings.
