Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until well blended.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, folding in the blueberries gently.
- Fill a greased muffin pan with the batter nearly to the top.
- Bake for 16 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
