Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Split the peaches in half and remove the pits, placing them cut-side up in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, optional alcohol, coconut sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spoon the mixture into the peach halves, letting it overflow onto the sides.
- Bake the peaches for about 30 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm with your choice of ice cream, yogurt, or cream.
