Strawberry Buttercream Frosting

Instructions
- Grind the freeze-dried strawberries into a powder using a food processor or blender.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Add the confectioners’ sugar, strawberry powder, heavy cream or milk, and vanilla to the bowl.
- Mix on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and beat for 2 minutes.
- Adjust the consistency with more cream or milk if needed, and add a pinch of salt to taste.
- Use the frosting immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
