Strawberry Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup freeze dried strawberries
  • Tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Whip the butter in a stand mixer until pale and fluffy.
  2. 2. Pulverize freeze dried strawberries in a food processor until finely ground.
  3. 3. Combine the strawberry powder with the whipped butter.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream and powdered sugar.
  5. 5. Whip the mixture until very pale and fluffy.
  6. 6. For best results, frost and serve within an hour.
