Strawberry Buttercream Frosting

Instructions
- 1. Whip the butter in a stand mixer until pale and fluffy.
- 2. Pulverize freeze dried strawberries in a food processor until finely ground.
- 3. Combine the strawberry powder with the whipped butter.
- 4. Stir in the heavy cream and powdered sugar.
- 5. Whip the mixture until very pale and fluffy.
- 6. For best results, frost and serve within an hour.
