Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan and cook onion until tender, then add garlic.
- Add the refried black beans and mix until smooth, then stir in cayenne, cumin, sour cream, and hot sauce.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook hash browns with seasonings until crispy.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then scramble in a pan and mix in cheese until melted.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave, then spread black beans on each, followed by eggs and hash browns.
- Top with salsa, wrap the tortillas, and secure with a toothpick.
- Serve hot.
