Instructions
- Scramble the eggs in a skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chorizo or sausage in the same skillet until fully cooked, seasoning with taco seasoning.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave until soft.
- Assemble the burritos by placing cheese, sausage, eggs, tomato, onions, and refried beans on the tortillas.
- Fold the tortillas around the filling tightly.
- In a skillet, melt butter and brown the burritos on each side for about 2-3 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve with salsa and sour cream.
