Breakfast Burrito

The filling

refried beans, warmed

The wrap

flour tortillas, warmed
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the eggs to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally to scramble.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper, then move to one side of the pan.
- Place the sausage on the other side of the pan and cook for 5 minutes until browned.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and divide the beans among them.
- Layer the eggs, sausage, cheese, and pico de gallo on each tortilla.
- Fold one half of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate or freeze for later use.
