Instructions
- Cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Prepare the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
- Scramble the eggs in a mix of olive oil and butter until fluffy and fully cooked.
- Soften the burrito wraps in the microwave under a damp paper towel for 30 seconds.
- Layer the filling in the center of the wrap: tater tots, eggs, sausage, cheese, and pico.
- Fold the sides of the wrap inwards, then roll and tuck the bottom to seal the burrito.
- Toast the burritos in a dry skillet over medium heat until crispy on all sides.
