Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Soak the dried cranberries in hot water to rehydrate them.
- In a large bowl, mix honey, eggs, vanilla, orange zest, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and sugar.
- Gradually add the flours, mixing in ½ cup at a time.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then mix in the almond milk.
- Fold in the rehydrated cranberries.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
