Baked Lemon Pepper Salmon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Prepare the salmon by placing it skin-side down on paper towels to remove moisture.
- Spray a cast iron skillet with cooking spray and place the salmon filets skin-side down.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning generously on each filet and add salt to taste, placing a lemon wedge on top.
- Prepare the broccoli by cutting it into florets and placing it around the salmon in the skillet, drizzling with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
