Instructions
- Layer the ingredients in a large trifle dish or bowl, starting with romaine lettuce, followed by tomatoes, red onion, cauliflower, hard-boiled eggs, peas, and bacon.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the dressing evenly over the peas, making sure to seal the edges.
- Top the dressing with bacon, hard-boiled eggs, or cheddar cheese if desired.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
