Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 large red onion
  • 6 large hard boiled eggs
  • cups cheddar cheese

The dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Layer the salad starting with iceberg lettuce at the bottom.
  3. Add halved grape tomatoes, followed by green peas and sliced red onion.
  4. Arrange the quartered hard boiled eggs around the bowl.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  6. Top the salad with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon before serving.
