BBQ Chickpea Wraps with Ranch Dressing

Instructions
- Heat chickpeas with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce in a small pot over medium heat for about 5 minutes until warm and sticky.
- Remove from heat and coat chickpeas with the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Heat a skillet with ½ teaspoon of oil over medium heat and warm each wrap for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble each wrap with ⅓ cup of BBQ chickpeas, 1 cup of lettuce, 1 chopped roma tomato, the juice of ½ lime, and 2 ½ tablespoons of ranch dressing.
- Wrap up the ingredients, cut in half, and serve. Optionally, serve ranch dressing on the side.
