Chickpea Salad Wraps

chickpeas (or 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas)

chopped celery

chopped dill pickle (~1 pickle)

minced fresh dill

regular mustard

fresh lemon juice

toasted sunflower seeds (or pecans/walnuts)

salt/herbamare and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and toast the sunflower seeds for about 11 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mashing the chickpeas slightly with a fork.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff the mixture into a wrap or pita, or enjoy with crackers or rice cakes.
