Maple Date and Walnut Oven Roasted Acorn Squash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the squash wedges in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt.
- In a food processor, combine ghee, maple sugar, walnuts, dates, chili pepper flakes, Himalayan salt, and black pepper, then process until crumbly.
- Spread the mixture over the squash slices.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
- For darker edges, broil for a few minutes at the end.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
