Maple Glazed Acorn Squash

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Halve the acorn squash, scoop out the seeds and pith, peel, and slice into half-rings.
- 3. Melt the butter, maple syrup, and salt in a microwave, then whisk to emulsify.
- 4. Toss the squash in the butter and syrup mixture on the prepared baking sheet until coated.
- 5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, moving the squash around every 5 minutes until caramelized and crispy on the edges.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
